If a person has some debt, personal, credit card, etc. and passes away, do their children get stuck with the debt? This is assuming that there aren't enough assets to easily satisfy said debt. If the children aren't stuck with it, what happens-written off? If they can be, is there a way to be protected from it or not? thanks
