Entire state of North Dakota has no snow cover. Ground temp 1" deep has dropped to 3 degrees on tuesday and now with overnight lows -20 and daytime highs not above 0 I think it may be toast. Heck february is usually one the the coldest months. Any opinions? Too early to effect markets?
