Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum | don't always update stuff - even though read lots of posts about satellites being decommissioned etc. anyway, my old nonT2 EZSteer with version 2.x firmware was still working fine on harrow cart yesterday, 8/17/07. I know I've just temped the WAAS gods, but it is true.
BTW - had it in a combine this harvest and wasn't that impressed. Maybe cuz we had one in each of our 2 combines, and had trouble getting the same AB line, etc. Kids took out of combine and dropped into Vers 900II for harrow carting. Didn't know to change vehicle parameters and ran for a day in the tractor with combine settings. It actually ran, but dropped out occassionally. They report better performance now that I showed them how to change parameters to better characterize 4x4 tractor :o)) |
