MN | Does anyone have a good way to provide health insurance for my one full-time employee, and one that the employee will take advantage of?
I have asked our insurance agent this, and just got a blank look from her.
I have told two different employees that I would reimburse their insurance bill up to XXX dollars a month, they just need to go get their own individual policies. Neither of them took me up on the offer.
I appreciate any ideas.
