Subject: How to get "hi-resolution" Google Earth files?

Chebanse, IL.....

Anyone know how/where one can purchase (I assume) hi-resolution photos from Google Earth? I'm wanting aerial photos for a slideshow of a recent trip/visit. I can view what I want on Google Earth (my freebie edition?) just fine, but when I SAVE IMAGE (from Google Earth FILE menu), I end up with a lower resolution than my obvious screen view version. Using the SAVE IMAGE command I only end up with a 400 kb file for an 8x10 type jpeg, which is pretty low resolution. Is there another way, or do I need access to a "pay" version of Google Earth?

Along the same lines, I'd like to not have some of the "pushpins" show up labelling unwanted landmarks, but I can't seem to make them go away either. I didn't ask for them. Now, I did ask for a specific landmark and that came up. That would be fine, but that's the only one I want.

If someone has access to a better version & would like to sell 2-3 photos please let me know. Email is in profile.

Thanks....and Merry Christmas NAT'ers!
