Recently discovered this. Did not sound to appetizing at first, but I decided to try some after the wife bought some a few weeks ago. My favorite way to use it is, on corn chips or Triscuits, for a healthy snack.

We buy the Sabra brand at Publix.

What is Hummus? Pureed chick peas, Tahini, (ground sesame) and various spices. Much healthier than a sour cream based dip.
