I HIGHLY recommend going to CSPAN and watching panel three testimony which included CTFC, the BK trustee, and Duffy from CME...

Duffy kind of nailed Corzine and the other two MF guy's scalps to the wall..

when trying to determine if there were errors which had created the gaping hole in the segregated funds, they were told by an MF employee....."you can quit looking for errors...there are no errors...the money was transferred".....

Duffy did not publicly name the MF person, but believe he was passing that name along to CFTC/Justice Dept..
