going to get home this tuesday and plan on staying home for awhile. need to put up a bunch of hay and stuff. But has anyone ever froze corn on the cob? my plan it to blanch, then dry, then vack pack 2 ears per bag. does this work or is there to much air in cob to work good. will slice with knife and bag some, but want to try the whole cob thing. any tips?
