WI | As I was driving around today I noticed that there were a few sunflower fields out there. They were more towards the central-south central part of WI. Does anyone have any input on growing sunflowers? Like soil types needed, nutrient uptake, types of sunflowers, where to market them and most importantly of all does it pay over beans if done correctly? Im guessing they would have to be trucked to the Mississippi because i know on no place around here that would take them. | |
