Went to look at the house with my fiance last evening, and it was even nicer than what i had remembered from 5-10 years ago. i thought it was a 3 br 2 bath house when i was thinking i could afford it, but it was a 4 br 3 bath with 3 huge bedrooms, and it was definately as nice as the price. she was asking 300K for it and originially i thought it was worth in the low 200's. but in fact she was pretty set on her price...

Looks like i'll keep renting my little shack out back... everything happends for a reason i reckon.
I'll keep searching for a piece of dirt also.
