Seems its getting harder and harder to find good help, I have ads in local papers and at least 25% of the guys that call have been in prison for bad things. 30% seem off there rocker and 40% have no idea what a tractor is, but they almost all know how to drive a combine!

I guess the solution is notill, pivots, 48 row planters and round baler cotton pickers.

Will be looking hard at getting H2A guys for next year.
