| Is it just me or does anyone else think the use of the "F" word gets thrown around willy nilly? We were at a wedding this weekend. It got warm in the reception hall, so wifey and I went outside to get some air. Men, or at least some of the male species, were out there and the "F" word flew around like common everyday language. Now we are not prudes and can enjoy a dirty joke for what its worth. But to talk like that in front of women is just disgusting. I got to thinking and it happens here locally also. If I were to defend my wifes honor every time she heard this, I'd be kickin a%& all night and probably get mine handed to me.
Are you ladies offended by this or this just the new century crap that we deal with now? I dont talk like this except for a bad melt down of my temper on a piece of machinery. And then I make sure I'm alone.
Wifey says she just kind of accepts it nowadays. I still think its in bad taste. | |
