North West IA/western AZ | Poured the walls in '93 and inserted galv. poles. It was a wet year and all the poles (no caps put on) had water in them and split when they froze in the winter. Most have now rusted off as well. Got any good ideas for attaching new poles for the chain link fence? I'd like it attached to the 8" concrete wall to keep mowing problems to a minimum. Thanks
