Prowl H2O advice
I applied 3 pts of Prowl H20 2 weeks ago prior to planting
sunflowers. Just now got a rain. Chemical rep tells me
to consider the 3 pts gone and not activated and apply
a 1/2 rate prior to planting next week. Any thoughts
or advice?
