Subject: Don't mess with the US dollar hegemony

Pittsburg, Kansas

As much as the powers that be claim that gold is a barbarous relic and they don't pay any attention to it, better not claim to price oil in it (or another currency for that matter) or military intervention will be coming down hard on the country that does so. Pricing oil in gold would mean the US could no longer print money for nothing and get oil on the cheap.

gold for oil

Not everyone likes what is happening  Putin

Ethanol has subsidies that are expensive??????? Oh, I forgot, wars for oil don't cost anything. We just print the money to fund them. Printing money is affecting the price we recieve for our crops and will continue to do so in the future. Is a bushel of corn really worth $7 today compared to $1.50 of yesteryear? Or is the money to purchase it just worth that much less? The amount of new money that has been recently created and more that will be created in the near future will also affect the price of corn going forward........ and beans, wheat, beef, oil, gold, land, etc. etc.
