Taking a little jaunt this morning to pick up some tractor parts, and wanted to be sure of my route, so I plugged it in to Google Maps.  I've always gotten along well using Google as a base line, then adjusting as needed as I'm on the road.  Well, poked in my starting and ending addresses this morning, and Google Maps seems to think I've moved to KS.  While I wouldn't disparage living in Kansas at all, I'm pretty sure I didn't move there over nite.  Repeated the request on GM three times, each time being sure that I'd put in the state correctly, etc.  And each time the route started out in far NE KS, somewhere NW of St Joe MO.  Oh well, I know where I'm going.  And then we wonder how people get lost in the wilderness relying simply on a GPS device!  :~)
