Rivers, MB | Looked at some heavy harrows today. It seems like the harrow sections are about 12' wide on the Degelman and about 6' wide on the Bourgault. Am thinking that this would make the bourgault follow the ground a bit better and it has actual springs rather than the flat steel as the suspension on the Degelman. What does the cable that runs across the center section of the Bourgault do? Does that keep the wings from running forward when slowing down quickly?
Anything to look for on either of these? How do they compare to a Summers heavy harrow?
Thanks in advance. | |
