| I do a lot of sprigging, which is digging the roots of bermuda grass and taking them to another field and planting them. When we dig the roots and the top part of the plant does the plant go into shock? It is just like transplanting a plant. I know when we plant a field the existing weeds or grass comes up alot quicker than the grass that we are planting I guess since it was not transplanted, but left in the soil from plowing. How long does a plant stay in shock? Is there any thing that I can do to avoid it going into shock? Thanks | |
