I am looking at upgrading my Vers. 400 swather to a 4750 or 4400. I have reels on my 400 and was looking at some 4400's today and they had bats and wer about $8000 cheaper than one with reels. What are the pros and cons of a Bat reel? Do the bats not pull the crop in as nice? I mainly swath canola, wheat, barley, and oats.
