A buddy is trying to sell me his Ranger 500 (2005) for a real fair price. I would like to be able to pull a boat (bass boat style) out of a lake with the machine in addition to its normal duties. Do you think it can do it? How much do you think a 500 can pull up a hill (aka boat ramp)?
