SW MISSOURI | We are thinking about variable rating our NH3 with our Pro 600 monitor thru a raven 440. The hitch is we are using Outback guidance on our Pro 600., which links to the Pro 600 with the 9 pin serial cable.
The raven also uses the 9 pin serial cable. Any ideas? I have got alot of use out of your past threads about the Pro 600. Thanks! |

roaming | when you say you're using Outback guidance with the Pro600, I take it to mean that you're sending GPS from the Outback receiver to the Pro600, correct?
The Pro600 has 2 serial ports, so you can use one for GPS and the other for your Raven control. You'll need to build or buy a breakout cable to access the second serial port. The CNH part number is 87732647. |

SW MISSOURI | do you have take the bottom assembly off to get to the second serial port. All I'm seeing is the main cable and 1 serial port! |

roaming | the part number I listed has 2 wires that pin into cavities 9 and 10 on the black 26-pin connector. There's also a black wire on the new harness, which splices to the black wire (pin 14) on the 26-pin. At the other end of the new harness is a 9-pin port exactly like the 9-pin port that's already on the display. That's where you plug in your other device. |
