Subject: 5400 JD hydraulic pump


NM		A friend replaced the hydraulic pump on his 5400 JD but he can't get it to pick up the the fluid. Is there some way to bleed it or prime it ? I told him to make sure the filter is new and to crack the pressure line coming off it . Thanks.
