My brother and I installed the shorty seats for the newer sleds on our 07 M's today. Installation was easy and they look like they belong there. We went for a quick ride and were impressed with how nice sitting 3" higher is, it's an easier transition from sitting to standing and the material is not as slippery as the old seats.  Another nice thing about them is that the storage compartment is waterproof for an extra set of dry clothes.  The only problem I can see is that because you are higher it will be colder on a cold day.  Got them at Country Cat in Sauk Centre, MN
