West Central IL | Earlier in the week I posted about my step daughter wrecking her car and asked what to expect from the insurance company. Got the call from the insurance adjuster this evening and the car is totaled and they offered us $100 more than the highest dealer retail value I could find between Kelly Blue Book, NADA and Edmunds and $600 more than the average of the 3. They also said when we find another vehicle they will pay the tax,title and license transfer, very happy with the outcome but just have to wonder how much our premiums will go up after all this. I always enjoy when others update after they have posted something so I thought I would share our outcome. | |
