| Didn't get a great reason. HSA is going to go from $154 a month to $271 a month. The regular family plans are now up to over $550 a month, and the low deductible family plans are over $675 a month. Oh, but look, we now get more services and "free" stuff in the HSA. Nice. Screening for STD's. Pap smears and mammograms are now 100% covered. Immunizations are "free". Screening for depression(crap, this insurance is making me depressed) Anemia screening. Obesity Counseling. Well, lifetime benefit limits are now "unlimited". Gee, thanks Obamacare. I'm getting tired of everything being designed for the lowest common denominator in society. The base cost of an HSA plan for an individual, is now more than the 0 deductible insurance I had in college. Started out at 54 bucks a month. A plan similar to what I had in 1996, for $54 bucks a month, is now over $200.
