| I usually don't listen to Country, but I had to switch genres today while pushing manure out of the barns..I don't know why but reception was an issue in the skid loader. Anyway, while listening to the local Country station, the DJ was raving about Darius Rucker and he subsequently played his song. I can't remember what song it was, but it was good. Now, I remember Mr. Rucker from the Hootie and the Blowfish days. He's definitely reached way across the aisle IMO. lol.
Here's my question...How many die hard Country music fans don't know Darius is actually a black man, yet really love his music? AND, if they found out he was a black man, would they still love his music. Just asking.
I'll give my opinion. I like his music...no matter the genre.
