I have a real nice 6 year old beef cow whom dumped her uteris calving this spring past..... Vet got her back in order but it didn't take so i'm culling her. I was wondering about putting her on a veal type ration of corn for about 100 days to marble her a bit.
Give me your thoughts... Would this make any quality freezer beef or should I just send for hamburg???
