west central illinois | I have a friend who is thinking of purchasing a 2000 9380 it has 3000 hours on it and tracks are around 70% it has ben a ag tractor all it's life I have ben around the 9000 series tractors for a long time but I don't know much about what to look for on the early quads what he is most concerned about is the boggy wheels have rubber missing how big of a deal is this do they need to be replaced in the near future and also was wondering what else a guy should look at TIA Rob | |
