Subject: Draper head vs conv. head in beans

MN
I know about the advantages drapers have in feeding especially short soybeans but do they actually shatter less. This year after all the floods the soybeans got really dry 10% and I had a lot beens on the ground from head loss. It would make sense to me because after the reel they fall onto the drape and are not being beat by the reel again and again like on a conv. head.
