| I bought a 320 from a "little ole lady from Pasedena" type a deal years ago.......Had a contract for deed arrangement with the Deed held in escrow in "local" bank.........the "local" bank changed hands 3 times in the next 10 years and by the time I made my last payment and demanded my Deed.......nobody could find it....
After tearing a LOT of new a$$hole$ on the phone my Deed finally turned up in a bank in California...BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WHOM YOU DO BUSINESS.........I would reccomend a LOCAL Title Comapny for any escrow stuff...........
Does ANYBODY keep proper records anymore?????
