Subject: 40' Macdon heads on JD9870?

Ohio
We are running 9870's with the 635 heads currently. Could we get away with running the 40' FD70 macdon drapers with the standard length unload augers? We do unload on the go. Everybody we talk to says they would never go back to an auger head after running a draper head, anybody disagree? The heads would only be used in beans.
