south Texas , York Rife Freemason | We have a 886 with a 2355 loader , and a 4010 with a 148 loader .
I can not keep front tires on these tractors, the 886 eats front tires as fast as i can put them on , The 4010 has a smaller loader so the tires are not as bad , but i know when i start using it alot ,it will eat tires too .
Im about ready to get some custom rims made and use 17.5 trailer tires .
These are old tractors , but i do have some pride in them , so id rather find somthing that looks like it belongs on a tractor .
The gensco airplane tires are 210 $ each delivered to the farm , that might be the way to go .
Im about to the point i dont care what it will cost , im "tired " of being a tire man .
Tractors are used only for 4x6 bales ,loading and stacking in the field .
It is rare i unload a pallet , or lift somthing heavy , very seldom use the dirt bucket , might use it 10 hours a year . | |
