| We are not happy with the way our 9760 spreads the chaff,(particularly wheat caff) behind the combine. It has a chopper and power spreader board and we chop and spread all our straw so everything goes through the chopper. We use a 635 flex head and our wheat runs about 90-100 bu./ac., so thre is lots of material to spread. It seems to spread the straw pretty evenly the full width of the head but the caff only gets spread about 10 feet which causes alot of problems the following year as we practice minimum tillage. Anyone have any ideas on how to improve the spread patern. | |
