Subject: Foliar fertilizer at wheat flag leaf

NW Kansas (Wallace County)
Is there any real proof that any type of foliar fertilizer at wheat flag leaf will help boost yield? I don't really care about protein. We have some wheat that we no-tilled into CRP, and it looks really good, but I can tell it is starting to get short of nutrients. We'll probably be applying fungicide at flag leaf in a couple weeks, and I wondered if there was a way to get some yield boost from a foliar fertilizer. I've read some threads on here about people trying CoRoN, but that product sure doesn't seem like you're getting much for the money you spend. Is it simply too late for more nutrients?
