SW Ohio | My new to me 2188 does not fit in the shop because of the air pre cleaner stack.
I see three options:
1. a Hydroswing or similar door
2. a new pre cleaner of about 12 inch height or less
3. cut the pre cleaner off about three inches.
I am leaning towards the cheap route... cut the pre cleaner... but should I consider an aftermarket pre cleaner? Would it clean the air that much better?
I think I will have to do something with the exhaust as well but everything else fits if the hopper extensions are folded.
Replacing the roll up door with a Hydroswing is my "wish I could" option. That would open up the overhead hoist and give more height. Someday.
