Central Il Morton | They decided to dam off a creek. So far the pool appears to be about 2' deep and the tile outlets are still above it.
Will they keep building higher and raise the pool depth? Do they eat corn or soybeans like a ground hog?
Right now I can't see any harm they are doing. In fact they are doing me a favor by killing the trees.
I have never seen or heard of beaver in this area before.
