Subject: JD Planter Implement Switch?

I have SeedCommand on the planter with the Insight. I am using the Deere implement switch and I noticed that when the switch was compressed the sections were off and when it wasn't compressed the sections were on. Is this how this Deere switch usually works? Is it possible to switch it around?
