dilworth, mn | i was jsut wondering what methods everyone is using for establishing new seeding alfalfa. possibly going to pick up 200 acres or so and we are looking at putting it all into alfalfa. we were thing of spreading it on with a floater and harrowing it in. how many ton can u expect out of the first year. does a person try to double crop and plant wheat with it. just looking for some input on seeding sucesses and also maybe some recommendations for varieties.. located in western minnesota if that helps out. tia | |
