Subject: Pig castrating issues. HELP!!!

Ludington/Manistee MI area
We castrated a litter of 27 day old piglets this morning. 8 of the 12 were males of the 8 males 3 of them had what appeared to be very large scrotums(nut sacks) at least on one side. When we went to cut the first of the large scrotum pigs things started out normal did the 1/2 cut, poped the nut out, cut white, tore red, then we discovered that what appeared to be a section of intestine pop out of the incision. After a moment of head scratching we carefully tucked things back in and super glued the cut back together and sent the piglet back on it's way along with the other 2 without cutting them. Do I have hernia issues? What do I do with the other 2? The remaining nut on this one? I have had hernia's on pigs before but they have always been in more the naval area. It wasn't that we cut too deep or to low because things didn't look right before we started. All in all these are very good looking pigs minus the hernia issue.
