You guys using Apex, have you done any backups? How big a hard drive are you using?

 

The laptop that I use for Apex has a 60 gig hard drive with just under 40 gig free. Last weekend I tried to do a backup. Couldn't do it. It filled up the hard drive!! Completely full to the point the system was locking up.  Had to delete a bunch of the spatial files to get it back to working. G* recommends at least a 100 gig drive. I think it would have filled it up too. It was creating files even when the computer was asleep! 

Today I took Apex off the computer! Problem is boss payed for it and wants me to use it.

 

So I reinstalled it and will try to use it. I am starting from scratch though.
