Subject: shop insulation; condensation ?

Prairie Home MO
We are putting on a new roof on our shop due to tin rusting out from the inside out.[vinyl backed rolled insulation] We have a steel truss building with 2 x 8 purlins on 2 ft. centers. I was going to use faced 8 in bats to get max R-value but no one stocks 8 in anymore. So we are using 6 in R-16 faced batts and am planning on using a bubble type material under tin to pick up the rest on my R-value and should help with wind infiltration. My question is will this work? There should be 1 in or so air space between batts and plastic. Does anyone see a condensation problem? Thanks Robert
