Subject: ? about a grain bin that is starting to buckle

NC Ohio
Noticed yesterday one of our bins is buckling. The second ring from the bottom is starting to wrinkle about half way around. It is a 27 foot 7 ring bin that is stuffed with corn. We have not pulled any corn out of it yet. It has no stirrers in it or nothing. The corn was put in it straight from the dryer with an air system cool and dry. What could cause this to start happening. It has been up since 2004 and never gave us any problems before this. I really hate to sell the corn right now but I guess we will try to get it empted as soon as possible and then try to get it braced up somehow. Trying to think what is happening with it. There is no snow load on it. I am almost certain the foundation has not moved but not sure how to tell that. I see no cracks in foundation. I checked all the bins last week and no problems then. Any ideas?
