Riviersonderend South Africa | Harvesting in the Overberg region of the Western Cape Province started a month ago and we are having a above normal harvest. Finished with the barley and 80% were malt barley,with only one buyer of malt barley we are happy with it,average yields were 3.5 tonne per hectare. We are also experience strange harvest weather with rain almost every week ,we swath all our crops , and it is a test for the nerves. Greetings Solly
