Mrs. Farmer here. Broke a glass saucepan older than me, don't ask! I can't justify a new set so will be looking for a 2 qt. with lid to replace the last one. Use an open flame gas stove and needing recommendations on a good quality pan. Not wanting something real heavy due to arthritis in hands. Non stick or not non stick will be considered.
