Awhile back there was a little noise over a study that showed that fat cattle fed DDG's cut more poorly than cattle in a control group fed only grain. In particular, the grade was due to a lower score on interior marbling. At the time, more research was needed, so I just filed it away in my head.
Has more work been done lately related to carcass quality on animals fed DDG's and/or other co-products?
