I am trying to resize photos to post -- of some items I would like to sell here and on ebay.
I don't see the programs on my computer that others on NAT have suggested for resizing photos to less than 100 Kb. I have XP and Office, but bought this computer used so don't have my MS Office disks, nor can I find MS Paint on here.
I was wondering about Windows Live for managing the photos? TIA
