It has worked fine for 2 years, and just last week the decided to quit talking to one another, I've shut down and restarted both units, tried plugging it into a different USB port but nothing is working.

The computer sits in our barn office so am wondering of it is a dust issue? And I need to take off the cover and gently blow the just out.
