Subject: 372 Receiver Offset Help

NC Iowa

I have a 372 with RTK along with a pro700. Currently mounting it on a side by side in the center of the machine.  What I am trying to do is come up with some sort of way of having everything think that the receiver is shifted 40" to the left of where it is mounted at.  By doing this I can then use my left front tire as a reference of where the first row of the planter will be planting when I set the Remark to 30' after I have recorded a new line with the pro700 on the side by side.  So the question is where exactly would I put in to make it think the receiver location is 40" to the left of where it actually is?

I'm doing all of this for fields that will be strip tilled and planted. This makes it easier for me to be able to have someone in the machine during those times and beign able to tell them remark to 30' in the planter or remark 20' in the strip till bar. This also allows me on shifted years to tell them go 31.25' in the planter or remark to 21.25' in the strip till bar.
