In our area 3 of them are history, one was a 600 cow dairy. Is it true that in the West many of the expanding dairies were taking out interest only loans to finance their dairies? I heard that Wells Fargo is in trouble with these loans. If this is true it's like the housing crisis in which in California these type of loans were being offered and used.
