Odd tire damage

Subject: Odd tire damage


Lander, WY		Anybody ever see a tire do this? Looks like dry rot in one spot, rest of the tire looks fine, no weather checks or anything. Late 2019 manufacture date, not sure how many miles, on a 2002 Chevy 2500.
